Oct 30th, 2014 and Trails in great condition

Yesterday I rode the Haymaker Trail, but decided to mix it up a bit and instead of doing the Haymaker final downhill (berm section) I took at right where Pool & Ice Rink connect and took the old Pool & Ice rink downhill.  It is the first time I have take that route out all year and I had forgotten how fun that last section is.  The trails are in great condition right now.  Haymaker does have a few sections that are really warn and loose due to the recent Colorado High School mtn biking championships, which had something like 600+ riders doing loops on the trail, but that being said, it is in great shape.

Boneyard is also riding really nice right now and word from fellow mtn bikers is that Abrams, Pipeline, Wolverton, Firebox, Dead Cow, Scratch, and Mike’s Night out are all riding great as well.  We have had a really nice fall which has made for some great late season riding.

The Map below is what I am calling Haymaker Plus as it is a Haymaker until you hit the Pool & Ice Rink connect and then it jumps over to the old Pool & Ice Rink final section, bypassing the final downhill berms.
