Eat & Drink in Eagle, Colorado
Get your Grub and Drink On!!!!
Eagle has some great restaurants such as Luigi’s, the Dusty Boot and the Grand Avenue Grill (New this year the Grand Avenue Chill – More below). We also have two great breweries. The Bonfire Brewery is Eagle’s first brewery (try their Firestarter IPA or if they have it, the Kindler 2.0), but in 2014 the 7 Hermits Brewery opened. The 7 Hermits Brewery has a whole new menu that rocks. pizzas, paninis, pretzels, wings and more. While there, the Paul IPA is great as is the World’s Greatest pale ale, named after our World’s Greatest trail.
We also like to support the Dusty Boot as these guys do a lot in the community to support the mountain bike scene. From donating proceeds to “The Cycling Effect“, hosting post race parties, and even sponsoring racers/teams in the Vail Valley.
Both the breweries in town support the cycling scene as well and don’t mind when you come in wearing all your cycling gear. They both have outdoor seating as well for those that may have gotten a little extra dirty.
For you ice cream lovers, you will love that the Grand Avenue Grill has opened a new outside seating area and a window to ride up on your bike and order your favorite shake, sunday, or even a soda… It is called the Grand Avenue Grill.
For a great sandwich, panini, or wrap check out the Red Canyon Cafe. This place is also a hot spot for coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and bagels. Yeti’s Grind is also a favorite among locals for coffee and an afternoon hangout. The crew at Yeti’s are also supporters of the Eagle cycling scene.
Need to get a little work done before or after hitting the trails, both of the breweries and coffee shops mentioned above also provide free wifi.
