The trail is riding nice, but in some areas there is already 1/4 to 1/2 inch on our famous moon dust. Also, there are a few areas where riders are trying to go around tree roots and rocks. As a result, the shoulder of the trail is getting really loose. Just be alert and if at all possible roll over the rocks and roots. Also, some of the downhill sections are already getting washboarded out. On top of all that, there is a lot of traffic out there. I saw no less than30 other riders/hikers out there today on my ride. So be alert and courteous.
